Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Americatino essentials. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Free Size Exchanges If the fit isn't right, we'll exchange your item for a different size at no cost to you. We cover the return shipping and the shipping of your new size. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange Email us at with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll reply with instructions and, for exchanges, a prepaid return label.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable Items Gift cards and items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
